Refunds
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receiving it. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odors. Once we have verified the condition of the return, we will process the refund to your method of payment. Full refunds will be subjected to a $10 handling fee.
In the case that merchandise is returned in poor condition and without the tags, we reserve the right to refuse future returns.

Exchanges
If you've found that your item isn't quite the perfect size, you can exchange for a different size within 60 days of arrival. If we are unable to make the exchange, you will have the option of returning for a full refund (within 60 days of arrival) or a store credit (past 60 days). All exchanges must be returned within 14 days of requesting the exchange.

Store Credit
Regularly priced merchandise can still be returned for a store credit. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odours.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email containing a promo code that can be used toward a future purchase. This promo code will be equal to the amount of the returned item, including sales tax. These promo codes can be used online or in-store, and never expire. They are a one time use.
